The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts is recognised and ranked among the leading specialist institutions in the UK for degree courses in Acting, Community Drama, Dance, Music Theatre and Entertainment Management, Music, Sound Technology, Theatre and Performance Design and Theatre and Performance Technology. One year Foundation Certificates in Acting and Musical Theatre; Commercial Dance and Popular Music and Sound Technology are also available.
The Institute train students for a sustained future of work, with recent figures showing 96% of LIPA’s graduates are in work after leaving, while 87% are in the performing arts. Courses are validated by Liverpool John Moores University.
